Ordinal was founded on experience rather than theory. Years spent inside and around finance functions, on both sides of transactions, seeing what separates the ones that work from the ones that merely operate.

Ordinal draws on experience across investment banking, independent advisory, and senior in-house roles in CFO and corporate development functions. Different vantage points on the same thing: what a finance function can do when it is built well, and what it costs when it is not.
We build around that. Big Four accountants, consultants, career M&A and corporate development professionals, CFOs, trusted bookkeepers, and technology partners, brought together from across the ecosystem rather than hired into a single office.
